It was nice to meet you at vendor night. Just got back from the west coast, last night. Love to travel, but it's very nice to get home. Have already done the garden tour to see what has changed in the weeks I was gone. Spring is such a lovely season.

What a nice blog you have! I am interested to know what kind of branches you used in your Easter centerpieces. They look lovely among the decorations. Kim

Artfest was fantastic. Some of my roommates were in your class on Thursday and their art was incredible. They really enjoyed the class.
Everything at vendor night was marvelous, too many things and not enough money

What a lovely collection of bits and pieces!

And I wanted to tell you that I love the little egg I bought from you at Artfest. It's funny, because I bought the egg I did because I love that peom by Emily Dickinson, but, when I tried to open the egg, my mom refused to let me do it. She didn't want me to ruin the egg.

Thanks!

Hi Mary Lin - thanks for visiting my blog - yes, mother nature is a wonderful artist, but I did not collect the fibers from the beach - I was too afraid they would not stay as they were and left the arrangement for someone else to enjoy after me...take care, Jan

my first time on your blog..but are we allowed to ask questions. i notice you are into fbrics, lace, paint whatever...which i am also enjoying, but i am new and i had a question. if i used puff paints to paint something on fabric...i obviously cannot put wax over it...or emboss...since i guess it would melt the paint or wax...so whats another idea?
